HireCall is seeking an experienced Hydro Testing Technician to perform hydrostatic pressure testing on heat exchanger bundles and related assemblies. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and workplace safety.

  • Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on heat exchanger bundle assemblies according to company procedures, ASME standards, and customer specifications.
  • Set up and operate hydro testing equipment, including pumps, gauges, valves, fittings, and related equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, test procedures, and pressure specifications.
  • Visually inspect components and use measuring devices to identify leaks, deformation, or other defects following testing.
  • Maintain accurate testing records, logs, and reports for quality documentation and traceability.
  • Communicate testing results with Quality Control and Engineering teams.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of hydro testing equipment.
  • Follow all required safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE, and pressure safety practices.
  • Assist with the assembly and preparation of heat exchanger bundles for testing.
  • Identify and report non-conforming parts or assemblies.
  • Work closely with production team members to maintain quality standards and meet production schedules.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of industrial manufacturing or pressure-testing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hydrostatic testing procedures and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
  • Basic understanding of pressure ratings, fluid dynamics, and testing principles.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to work safely around pressurized equipment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge or certification related to ASME Section VIII / Pressure Vessels is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $33-$35/hour (DOE)

HireCall is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing client in the Tulsa area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in fabrication and manufacturing who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As the Weekend Production Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership throughout the manufacturing process by:
  • Supervising daily production operations in a fabrication environment
  • Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor to support employees and resolve issues in real time
  • Leading, coaching, and developing production team members
  • Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with company safety standards
  • Coordinating workflow to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
  • Monitoring quality standards and ensuring products meet specifications
  • Holding employees accountable for productivity, attendance, and performance
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
  • Encouraging cross-training and employee development
  • Working closely with maintenance, scheduling, and management to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Required
  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead
  • Strong background in fabrication manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of welding processes and welding operations
  • Understanding of laser cutting, press brakes, and robotic welding systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
Preferred
Experience with:
  • Infor ERP
  • AS400
  • Paycor
  • Controlled Warehouse systems
  • Weekend shift leadership experience

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools including mills, lathes, grinders, and other production equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize machine performance and minimize downtime
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Support production by responding quickly to maintenance issues during the shift
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • Experience maintaining and repairing machine tools such as mills, lathes, grinders, and similar manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience diagnosing electrical components and wiring issues
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems
  • Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, climb, and move throughout the shift while inspecting and repairing equipment
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, and position materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Work in confined spaces around production equipment when necessary
  • Use lifting devices whenever possible while safely handling materials and equipment

  • Ability to diagnose and repair heavy equipment efficiently
  • Must have own basic mechanic tools
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:
  • Valid OK license with a clean driving record (Real ID, preferred)
  • Endorsements: Hazmat and Tanker
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No auto restrictions, must be able to drive vehicles with manual transmission
  • Ability to read and follow maps and driving directions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects/cylinders as needed (up to 50 pounds)
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and be customer service oriented
