• Performing receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties for the Admissions & Recruitment department and/or the agency
• Provide professional, helpful, and positive assistance to walk-in clients, applicants, and visitors: record check-in times, and notify appropriate personnel in a timely fashion.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitor logs, and issuing visitor badges.
• Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Create labels for application files, data entry, ordering supplies, and tracking/monitoring the department budget
• Assist with daily and year-end document retention processes for students who drop and/or age-out of the program.
• Receive incoming contacts in a professional, helpful and positive manner.
• Disseminate verbal/written messages in a clear and concise manner while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide clients with detailed information related to referral agencies, along with instructions on how to apply to program
• Ask questions for clarification and record detailed notes in application file and in data systems.

• Responsible for scheduling, planning, event set-up, and participating at events that target eligible families 
• Coordinate with team to enter and track all recruitment efforts in established databases.
• Responsible for following up with families who attend events to complete application intake and interviews.
• Required to complete data entry, determine eligibility, and waitlist families.
• Coordinate with Assistant Director to oversee contract timeline and processing for advertising partners.
• Reconcile and process invoices to ensure prompt payment.
• Coordinate with advocate team to schedule, plan and carry out annual PC recruitment and election activities for parents with children in school-based and home-based programs. 
• Assist in identifying parents to fill representative positions.
• Identify candidates and facilitate the election of Executive Committee Officers
• Responsible for coordinating preparations for executive and council meetings: Securing childcare staff, contacting representatives, updating rosters, ordering meals, set-up and clean-up meeting rooms and childcare space, tracking representative attendance, and distributing participation gift cards.
• Coordinate with Accounting department to purchase participation gift cards and process invoices for payment of meals, T-shirts, etc. 
• Submit childcare staff sign-in sheets to Payroll.
• Coordinate with the PC Secretary to prepare, edit and translate Executive and Policy Council meeting minutes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic assemblies.

• Willingness to travel domestically to customer locations for on-site equipment setup, repairs, and troubleshooting.

• Conduct thorough research and follow-up on accounts with outstanding claims.
• Contact patients and/or third-party payers as necessary.
• Prepare appeals for claims requiring reconsideration for appropriate or additional payment.
• Act as liaison between Patient Accounts and physician offices, insurance carriers, clinical areas and other third-party payers.
• Document all activity taken in each patient's account. 
• Reconciles payments received and posted daily with financial accounting.
• Performs assigned billing, eligibility, and account follow-up activities and related duties as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all compliance regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office or hospital administration role.
• Experience with insurance verifications and authorizations required.
• Must have good claims follow up experience, ob/gyn preferred.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, & Outlook.
• eClinical Works EMR software experience a plus.
• Must have ability to organize and prioritize work tasks and duties.
• Must have ability to meet deadlines, answer telephones, verify insurance.
• Must be proficient in data entry and 10-key skills.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured components made from various alloys
• Apply surface finishes per blueprint specifications and finish callouts
• Perform aircraft component assembly, including rivet installation
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use calipers and other measuring equipment to verify dimensions
• Operate shop equipment including:
  • Plasma cutter
  • Drill press
  • Grinders
  • Shears, metal cutting
  • Multiple types of welders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work as a team to meet production and quality goals

• Experience in deburring and aircraft assembly
• Optional technical school training preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
