Hours: 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour

Duties & responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Escort patients to and from exam room
Records patient data in EHR at each visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies & medication changes.
Obtains all necessary consents/authorizations prior to treatment or procedure
Schedules surgeries, patient referrals, and appointments as required
Prepare and stock exam rooms & procedure rooms
Follows all exam & treatment room disinfections, OSHA and HIPAA protocols
Trained to give injections
Maintain efficient patient flow
Displays excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and attention to detail
Patient Triage Experience a plus!

Qualifications:

Must have proof of current, up-to-date certification or registration
Must have high school diploma or general education equivalent
Must be attentive to detail
Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments
EPIC EMR software experience, preferred - (CKD/ESRD experience is a huge plus)
Must have a solid work ethic: shows Initiative, stays busy and focused, asks clarifying questions.
Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and possess soft skills needed to be successful.

Individuals should have a strong knowledge of patient care and clinical patient management, including but not limited to telephone triage and patient flow.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour

Duties & responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Front office experience, preferred (answering calls, scheduling, patient calls, refill requests, prior authorizations, etc.)
Insurance experience, preferred
Records patient data in EPIC EMR system at each visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies & medication changes.
Obtains all necessary consents prior to treatment or procedure
Trained to give injections
Displays excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Current, up-to-date LPN licensure
Associate degree, required
2+ years of EMR systems experience, preferable EPIC - (CKD/ESRD experience is a huge plus)
Minimum of 2+ years of urology or nephrology experience with knowledge of drugs and labs specific to the field of pain management
BLS Certification, preferred
Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and possess soft skills needed to be successful.
