Structural Welders – 2nd Shift & Weekend Shift

Pay: $22/hr+ (DOE) + 11.5% Shift Differential

We’re seeking skilled Structural Welders who thrive on hands-on work, teamwork, and excellence.
Shifts Available
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanneal.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect welds for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace in a climate-controlled facility.
Follow all company safety procedures and best practices.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
Skills:
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
Strong understanding of metal characteristics and fabrication methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
Certifications: Welding certifications preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
