Weekend Welder
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $22–$26 per hour + 11.5% shift premium
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Weekend Shift
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM–6:00 PM
An additional 11.5% shift premium is paid on top of the base hourly rate for all hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Set up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG welding as the primary process and TIG as needed
- Secure parts using fixtures, jigs, and holding tables
- Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanneal, and other specialty metals
- Read and interpret blueprints to meet precise specifications
- Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standards
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven MIG welding experience on carbon steel – required
- TIG welding experience with stainless steel and aluminum is a plus
- Fitter/Welder experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication and a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., using lifting devices when available
- Ability to work in tight or confined spaces as needed
- Ability to safely perform welding duties while wearing required PPE
