Day & Night Shift Positions Available
HireCall is currently seeking experienced Top Tube Support Welders / Stick Welders for a growing air cooler manufacturing company in Claremore, OK. This position is responsible for welding top tube supports and structural components used in the manufacturing of industrial air coolers and heat exchange equipment.
Shift Availability
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, Saturdays as needed
- Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30pm – 3:00am, Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Perform stick welding (SMAW) on structural and support components
- Weld top tube supports according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret welding symbols, shop drawings, and fabrication prints
- Measure and verify materials using tape measures and other precision tools
- Operate hand tools, grinders, and power tools safely
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with fitters, welders, and production teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Previous stick welding experience required
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy industrial environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
- Must be able to pass a welding test
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pressure vessel, structural steel, or air cooler manufacturing
- Overhead crane or forklift experience is a plus
