Night Shift Tig Fitter/Welders Needed
PAY:$22 - $24 per hour
LOCATION: West Tulsa
SHIFT: 530PM-330AM
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Tig Fitter/Welder to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and welding tasks primarily focused on spools and coils. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques and have a strong understanding of fabrication processes.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Perform fitting and welding tasks on spools and coils according to established procedures and standards.
- Set up welding equipment and select proper materials based on job requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections of welded components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tig Fitter/Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Flexibility to work on a 3-day shift schedule.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
