STRUCTURE LOUVER ASSEMBLER
Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Completes final assembly of welded louvers.
Cut to length and insert pipe (actuator bars).
Ability to rivets blade brackets to blades.
Ability to installs manual operators and pneumatic motors and linkages.
Set timing and test opening and closing of louvers.
Cleans and spot paints.
Performs final inspection of louvers and move louvers to shipping or crating area.
Ability to set up and operate punch press.
Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts using portable grinders and other hand tools.
Drills, taps, or reams holes Aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools.
Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
Requirements:
Prior experience preferred, but not required.
HS/GED
Pay:
$18.50+ (depending on experience)
