Pay: $28+/hr.
Hours: Monday – Friday 5PM-3:30AM (overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and control manpower, ensuring attendance in the designated area to secure line capacity and meet delivery schedules.
- Review accomplishments daily and plan the next shift's agenda.
- Interpret specifications/blueprints and communicate instructions following standard work instructions and industrial standards.
- Perform 100% first article inspections using visual examination and precise measurements.
- Assist employees in operating various machines and tools.
- Reinforce safety policies and rules, actively identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the work area.
Experience Skills:
- Interpret specifications/blueprints.
- Ability to operate power such as angle grinder, drill, shear, welder, head crane, small saw machine, iron machine, mobile plasma cutting.
- Knowledge of welding with 0.45 Mig Pulse hard wire. maintenance on the welding equipment.
- Knowledge of air and electric Hand tool, (Grinder, drill press, die grinder and chatter gun measures devices.
- Supervise up to 30 to 40 non-supervisory employees, carrying out responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in productivity, quality, and continuous process of improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3 to 5 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality control processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
