STRUCTURE GRINDER NEEDED!
2nd Shift
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Grind, chip weld splatter, high spot, burr, and rust from surfaces of structure components.
- Operate an overhead crane.
- Operate a forklift.
- Use hand, air, and power tools.
- Chip or grind out pits or cracks; replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and die grinder bits.
- Select grade of abrasive wheel, disk and die grinder bits according to specification, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attach to grinder.
- Able to spot defects on the surface of work pieces.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually and ability to work overtime.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience preferred, but not required.
