Inside Sales Representative – (Tulsa, OK)
$18–$20 per hour + Commission | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
HireCall is hiring a Inside Sales Representative for one of our Tulsa clients!
This position is responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment (PPE) to businesses and assigned customers in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and skilled at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, promoting, marketing, and closing sales of our branded products.
This role involves primarily inside sales and phone work, with some travel (up to 20%) required as needed.
Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls and prospecting
Overcome objections and provide effective solutions
Negotiate pricing to increase profit margins
Build strong rapport and trust with customers
Identify customer needs and create tailored sales opportunities
Close sales and achieve performance targets
Upsell products and services to existing customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business-to-business sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Competitive personality and a drive for success
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Compensation
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Commission: Available to full-time employees
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Type: Temp-to-hire (eligible for permanent hire based on attendance and performance)
