Retail Salesperson – Furniture Store (Broken Arrow, OK)
$15/hour + Bonus After Probation
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Bilingual Preferred
About the Position:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Retail Salesperson to join our small but mighty team in Broken Arrow! This role requires someone who enjoys helping customers, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn about our products and industry.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service while upholding all company policies (must be able to politely say “no” when needed)
Enter product data and inventory information into the computer system
Answer phone calls and take messages as needed
Take photos of furniture and post listings to Facebook Marketplace and social media with clear, accurate descriptions (experience is a plus!)
Assist with unloading and moving furniture within the store
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store (dusting, taking out trash, etc.)
Handle cash and operate the register accurately
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and twist as needed
Must have excellent attendance and punctuality – this is a lean team!
Basic computer literacy required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Must be flexible with schedule – weekends are required (Friday–Sunday are busiest days)
Ability to work 9-hour shifts Monday–Saturday (10 AM–7 PM) and 4-hour shifts on Sundays (1 PM–5 PM)
Compensation & Benefits:
$15/hour starting pay
