Immediate opening available for Front Desk Receptionist. Must be customer friendly and possess excellent communication skills. Must be attentive to detail and able to work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of front desk/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative support to executive team
- General clerical, scheduling, and miscellaneous other duties as assigned
- Daily work responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients and vendors, cleaning/organizing office and breakroom, managing copier with various print jobs, and all shipping and receiving to the office
- Responsible for creating and modifying various documents in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other software, including the creation and management of office templates
- Must maintain an electronic filing system
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail with high accuracy, time management, professional appearance and effective written and oral communication skills are required
- Self-motivation is a requirement for this position. Applicant should have the motivation to seek out additional work during slow times and complete all assignments daily
