Property Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional overtime may be required to assist a "last-minute" customer (e.g., completing a rental for a walk-in at 4:30 PM)
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

HireCall is a locally trusted staffing partner connecting reliable people with solid companies across the Tulsa area. We’re currently hiring a Property Manager for a well-maintained facility looking for someone who is dependable to take on the daily operations.
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee a large, outdoor self-storage facility. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, sales, and light property upkeep. You will be the face of the Tulsa location, ensuring the facility and customers are managed with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers in finding the right storage solution and upsell value-added services.
- Manage leases and tenant accounts using self-storage software.
- Ensure filing is accurate and organized and keep accurate records of customers, payments, and unit availability.
- Process payments via credit card terminal and daily bank deposits using a check scanner.
- Make sure the property is free of trash and debris.
- Ensure vacant units are "rent-ready" (clean and swept). Keep the leasing office tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with our maintenance team for larger property and grounds repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and software systems)
- Experience with billing and accounts receivable
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional attitude
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clean background
