HireCall is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician with strong skills in HVAC.
What you will do:
- Maintain properties
- Basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC repair
- Diagnose and inspect air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
What you will bring:
- Basic property maintenance skills
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Must be experienced in troubleshooting, repairing of HVAC
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school preferred
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $25-30 depending on experience
