HireCall is Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Technician (Plumbing & Electrical)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $22–$25/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
HireCall is seeking a dependable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Tulsa. This role focuses on plumbing and electrical maintenance, ensuring units and property grounds are safe, functional, and move-in ready. A journeyman’s license is not required—practical, hands-on experience is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems (outlets, lighting, minor wiring)
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
