Production Operators needed!! Seeking experienced candidates who can set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role requires adjustments to machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
SHIFTS: 6am to 2pm (1st shift), 2pm to 10pm (2nd shift), 10pm to 6am (3rd shift).
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience with cranes and stamping presses is a plus.
- Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
