Painter (Industrial / Manufacturing)
Pay: $23.45 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
The Painter is responsible for spray painting products in a manufacturing environment while meeting all production and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of spray painting techniques, equipment, and product identification. The Painter must be able to work with minimal supervision and operate required machines efficiently.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Skillfully spray paint products to required specifications
Demonstrate knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment
Identify products and apply proper nomenclature
Understand required components and quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, written instructions, and specifications
Perform shop mathematics as required
Operate one or more machines to meet production and quality standards
Lift 1–50 pounds multiple times per day
Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with supervisors, inspectors, and inspectors
Complete required paperwork and documentation
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
Work in an environment with exposure to dust, smoke, and fumes typical of manufacturing
Special Location / Position Requirements
Excellent knowledge of spray painting techniques
Ability to identify products and apply proper nomenclature
Capable of meeting production standards with maximum productivity
Higher experience level required for Class A
Level/Grade: 8
