⏰ Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
? $18–$19/hour
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paint Prepper to prepare fabricated aluminum and steel signs, as well as other objects, for final painting.
Job Duties:
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to painting
• Remove existing paint, rust, dirt, and other debris
• Apply Bondo and other fillers as needed
• Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a quality finish
• Perform additional surface preparation as needed for final painting
• Inspect prepared surfaces to ensure they are clean, smooth, and ready for paint
• Work closely and communicate effectively with team members
What We’re Looking For:
• Extremely detail-oriented and careful
• Ability to produce consistent, quality prep work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with aluminum and steel fabricated products
• Dependable and able to work the full 6:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule
