Immediate opening available for an Office Assistant/Receptionist! Must be customer friendly and possess excellent communication skills. Must be attentive to detail and able to work under minimal supervision.
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Part-time hours during training period
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative support to executive team
- General clerical duties as assigned
- Daily work responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients and vendors, cleaning/organizing office and breakroom, receiving shipments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail with high accuracy, time management, professional appearance and effective written and oral communication skills are required
- Self-motivation is a requirement for this position.
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor but should be able to exercise independent judgment as needed
- Other duties as directed
