We're looking for a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk staff to provide customer service to patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, check them in, and verify their information
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance
- Phone triage
- Collect payments, manage patient records
- Monitor office inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior medical front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in EHR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain patient confidentiality
