Material Handler – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17.64/hour
Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
HireCall is seeking a Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Associate to support a growing manufacturing operation. This role is critical to keeping materials flowing smoothly, supporting production, and maintaining accurate inventory.

What You’ll Do
Keep Inventory on Track
Use hand-held scanners and inventory systems to accurately track materials and finished goods
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
Investigate discrepancies and help maintain accurate inventory records
Power Shipping & Receiving Operations
Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against documentation
Prepare outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Label, store, and handle materials safely and efficiently, including sheet metal components
What We’re Looking For
Experience That Helps You Succeed
Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
Manufacturing or fabrication environment experience preferred
Skills You’ll Use Every Day
Experience with inventory systems, cycle counting, and hand-held scanners
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic computer skills; ERP or WMS experience a plus
Ability to lift and move materials safely
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
