Immediate openings for Pipeline Field Service Technicians. If you are experienced with maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and electrical controls, this may be the right position for you. Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting, commissioning, start up and activities involved with factory acceptance testing.
Compensation: $30 – $35 per hour, DOE
Hours: TBD
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing functional testing, wiring, assistance with assembly and factory testing
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of machinery and equipment
- Provide telephone and in-person assistance with customer-requested troubleshooting and maintenance will be required
- Maintain proper documentation of service calls and commissioning; including checklists, planning sheets, timecards, expense reports, quality testing documentation, service trip reports and general correspondence
- Preparing schedules and coordinating activities with other divisions and sections.
- Representing company in a professional, workmanlike manner at all times
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of all service technician duties.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient with the use of computers, such as: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate positive/professional demeanor/attitude
- Requires frequent domestic travel, international on occasion
- Requires experience with natural gas, LPG, ammonia, steam and other engineered systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment assessments
- Must be able to twist, bend, stoop, stand without accommodation and lift at least 50 pounds
