Precision Grinder – 1st Shift
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: Starting at $20+ per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
HireCall is seeking a skilled Precision Grinder to join our client’s manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This facility builds high-quality, precision components that power essential industries — and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys producing parts that meet exacting standards.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate precision grinding machines, including surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders.
Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Select and dress appropriate grinding wheels for each project.
Inspect finished parts to confirm tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
Maintain and perform light repairs on grinding equipment to ensure reliability.
Collaborate with teammates and engineers to solve problems and improve processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in precision grinding or high-tolerance machining.
Knowledge of grinding machines, tooling, and materials.
Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and commitment to safety.
