CNC Mill / Lathe Operator – 2nd Shift

HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Mill / Lathe Operator for one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with overtime potential and shift differential pay.
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for 2nd shift
Shift:
2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Overtime available on Fridays
Important: Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift after training is completed.
Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Perform part inspections using precision measuring equipment
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
Work independently with minimal supervision
Cross-train on multiple machines as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience operating CNC mills or lathes preferred
Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Mill or lathe setup experience is a strong plus
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
