HireCall is seeking a LAWN CARE LEADER to join a respected lawn service in Tulsa
You'll be responsible for making sure jobs are done efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 team members throughout the workday
- Perform and oversee mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing
- Hand-pull weeds and maintain garden beds
- Trim and shape shrubs
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping material
- Load/unload equipment and ensure proper care of tools and machinery
- Communicate with the office/manager on job status and any issues
- Ensure crew follows safety practices on site
- Drive company truck
Qualifications
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required 1+ years
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
