Lawn Crew Member – Tulsa, OK
Pay: $14.00+ per hour, based on experience
HireCall is hiring a Lawn Crew Member to join a hardworking outdoor landscaping team in Tulsa. This is a physically active position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is dependable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a crew.
Schedule
- Must be available 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
- Flexible Saturday availability is required
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Rain and other weather conditions may affect the work schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Weed eating and edging
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Weeding landscape beds
- Planting flowers and seasonal color
- Leaf removal during the fall season
- Landscaping and property cleanup
- Christmas light installation
- Snow and ice management during winter weather
- Provide good customer service when interacting with clients
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Landscape or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
- Good customer service skills
- Must be comfortable with weed eating and other lawn maintenance duties
- Must be at least 18 years old
