Inventory Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $23–$28 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

HireCall is seeking a detail-driven, career-minded Inventory Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa.
In this role, you won’t just track inventory—you’ll play a key part in supporting production flow, maintaining accuracy, and helping build a best-in-class warehouse system in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
As the Inventory Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Responsibilities include:
- Perform cycle counts and routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain and improve warehouse layout and organization systems
- Process inventory transactions using hand-held scanners and inventory systems
- Receive, issue, transfer, and adjust materials as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory movements
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and shipping/receiving teams
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in inventory processes
- Follow and promote all safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience maintaining structured warehouse systems
- Comfortable using hand-held scanners and inventory tracking tools
- Basic computer skills (ERP/inventory systems a plus)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
