HireCall is hiring an Inside Territory Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment to businesses and to assigned customers in a competitive market and be responsible for learning, promoting, marketing, and selling our branded products.
Must be willing to prospect and find new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. Must be a team-oriented individual with a desire for personal achievement, have a competitive personality and have strong closing skills. The Inside Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships, generating and growing sales and sales gross profit from customers.
Previous sales experience, negotiating, closing, and account management is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Generate new business by making outbound phone calls
· Overcome sales objections by offering solutions
· Negotiate selling price to increase margins
· Communicate clearly
· Build instant rapport
· Understand customers and prospects, and identify their needs to create sales opportunities
· Ask for orders
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets
· To upsell products and services
Requirements:

· Excellent phone calling skills

· Ability and willingness to travel up to 33% of the time
· Business-to-business and/or sales management experience required

· Self-motivation and driven personality
· Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
