INDUSTRIAL PAINTER/BLASTER - Weekends
Day and Night shifts available
Immediate weekend shift openings available (Fri-Sun) for qualified Painters/Blasters with 2+ years of experience. Interested candidates should contact Shantele Taylor at (918)933-5522 or stop by 7131 Riverside Parkway between 9am-4pm for an interview.
Details
- Must have at least 2 years industrial coatings experience using paint guns and conventional paint pots.
- Must be able to use a wet mill gauge and able to spray a wide variety of coatings (zinc, epoxy and urethanes).
- Must have a solid understanding of mixing ratios.
- Blasting with ability to handle 120 PSI and work in a hot environment with an A/C suit.
- Must be able to clean own pot, mix and measure chemicals according to specifications:
- Abrades surfaces of metal to remove adhering sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt and to impart specified finish.
- Shovel or pours sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
- Select premixed paints mixes required portions of pigment.
- Oil and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Ability to prep product prior/ post painting.
- Must be able to us a power spray guy.
- Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
- Must be fitted and able to wear respirator.
- Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
