Immediate openings for Industrial Painters in the Catoosa area! Looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience and demonstrated abilities/skills to operate, maintain and troubleshoot paint equipment necessary to perform tasks. Must be able to perform visual inspection of all materials prior to painting.
Hours: 3:00pm - 12:30am
Pay: $21 - $24 per hour w/ $2.00 shift differential

Duties:
- Abrades surfaces of metal to remove adhering sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt and to impart specified finish.
- Shovel or pours sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
- Select premixed paints mixes and/or required portions of pigment
- Oil, thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Ability to prep product prior/ post painting, including but not limited to sanding, taping and paper masking.
- Must be able to use a power spray gun with a wide variety of parts i.e., lacquers, enamels, and under coats.
- Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
- Must be fitted and able to wear respirator.
- Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Maintain safety standards and keep equipment/area clean
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with vendors and coworkers
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to meet deadlines and production demands
- Must have demonstrated ability to mix multi-component paints and create custom finishes as dictated by paperwork.
- Must be able to perform all required duties: lifting, bending, stooping standing for duration of shift and overtime
- Must be able to follow instructions/directions from all lead and/or supervisors
