HireCall is seeking a Fabrication Finisher – Teflon Coater for a well-established manufacturing facility where precision, consistency, and craftsmanship matter every day.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the coating process—from preparing parts to applying multiple spray coatings and managing bake-out cycles. If you enjoy detailed work, following proven processes, and seeing a finished product you can be proud of, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Sandblast parts to properly prepare them for coating
Apply multiple Teflon coatings using spray equipment
Run and monitor bake-out cycles after each coating application
Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and verbal directions
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Ensure all quality and safety standards are met
What We’re Looking For
Experience using spray equipment, including:
Electrostatic paint guns
Pressure pots
Conventional spray guns
HVLP cup guns
Working knowledge of sandblasting (preferred)
Ability to read and follow component drawings and instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
General Job Requirements
Ability to work 3rd shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
11.5% shift premium paid on all hours worked
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with basic Microsoft Word and Excel
2+ years of industrial painting experience preferred
Ability to pass an annual pulmonary test
Ability to wear a respirator during painting and coating operations
Physical Requirements
95% of the shift involves standing, bending, squatting, and climbing
Regular handling of materials and parts weighing up to 50 lbs
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning parts—sometimes in confined areas
Use of lifting devices when available
