IT Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deploying systems.
- Must be able to design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management. Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures.
- Manage the equipment that handles switching, routing, and in some cases perimeter devices (firewalls).
- Ensure all the IT systems that support the business function efficiently.
- Support and develop specific platforms and concentrate on unifying communications, messaging, and identity toward a seamless user experience.
- Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents. Improved system efficiency.
- Support and maintenance of server infrastructure. Technical de-bugging.
- Dealing with email security, archiving and cleansing services.
- Maintaining knowledge of current and future information security threats and challenges.
- Work closely with other Operations teams and vendors to ensure there is a coordinated approach to infrastructure support.
- Testing, imaging and deployment of new mobile devices.
- Provide expertise and support in security engineering, incident response and risk management.
Requirements:
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
- B.A. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
