Job Title: General Laborer

Compensation: $15 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Are you a hardworking individual with a passion for ensuring properties are in top-notch condition? Our property management company is seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our properties, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor assignments including but not limited to groundskeeping, pool cleaning, and removal of trash from vacated apartments.
• Clean out storage facilities to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Execute make-ready tasks such as patching drywall, painting, and replacing light switch covers as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in general labor or property maintenance preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
