HireCall is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for one of our valued clients.
Perfect opportunity for a high school graduate who has experience working in school office!
Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
We're looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to provide customer service to visitors and assist staff in day-to-day activities for one of our Tulsa clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Answer phones, take messages, forward calls to appropriate individuals
- Filing
- Forward emails
- Monitor office inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior recent front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality
- Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background
Shift:
8am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday
