Fitter/ Welder Urgently hiring.
Location: Tulsa area
Pay: $ 22 /hr. (DOE)
Shifts: Days
Responsibilities:
- Carry out fillet, tack, and full penetration welding on steel structural joints.
- Ability to do the welding processes such as FCAW.
- Ability to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structural forms.
- Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding: a layout, positions, aligns.
- fits components together: positions work pieces manually or by using overhead cranes.
- Must be proficient in reading and the proper execution for measuring devices such as tape measures, squares, levels.
- Set up welding machine and welding gun: assemble/disassemble welding tips.
- Operate cutting torch and plasma torch.
- Operate small saw machine and iron machine for cutting and coping, notching materials.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to effectively read shop prints.
- Experience with 4"-9” grinders and all other welding tools
