Responsibilities:

• Perform finishing tasks on crank cases following repair and refurbishment procedures.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment essential to the finishing process, including grinders, buffers, impact wrenches, torque wrenches, calipers, and stud installers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the finishing process.
• Collaborate with the repair team to guarantee timely and precise completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used in the finishing process.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and abilities crucial for precision work on crank cases.
• Proficiency in operating a range of tools including grinders, buffers, impact wrenches, torque wrenches, calipers, and stud installers.
• Experience as a motorcycle mechanic or hobbyist mechanic is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and materials used in aerospace crank case applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
