CDL-A - $19/HR
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious CDL Class A Driver with no restrictions, a current HAZMAT endorsement, and verified tanker experience. This is a local driving position with daily home time, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of welding gases, cylinders, and related supplies to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles with tanker and HAZMAT loadsLoad, secure, transport, and unload compressed gas cylinders and bulk gasesPerform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logsEnsure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standardsProvide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickupsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptlyAssist with warehouse duties as needed (e.g., cylinder sorting, inventory)
Required Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A license with no restrictions
Current HAZMAT and tanker endorsements
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug screening
Familiarity with handling compressed gases and welding supplies a plus
Ability to lift up to 75 Lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Schedule - Monday to Friday, daytime shifts
Local routes only! Home every night!
