We are seeking an experienced Document Control Coordinator. The successful candidate must be attentive to detail and able to take initiative. Must have excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service and vendor management skills required.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be knowledgeable of estimating, planning, and cost control.
- Must be able to create, adjust and maintain files.
- Must be able to track correspondence with different departments and vendors.
- Must be able to resolve discrepancies an comply with changes needed.
- Must be able to handle incoming and outgoing customer submittals.
- Must be able to compare customer orders with specifications to determine materials needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of prior document control or data management experience.
- Ability to work as a team and carry out administrative functions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
