Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Coordinator. The successful candidate must be attentive to detail and able to take initiative. Must have excellent organizational and administrative abilities.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Excellent customer service and vendor management skills required.
  2. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Must be knowledgeable of estimating, planning, and cost control.
  4. Must be able to create, adjust and maintain files.
  5. Must be able to track correspondence with different departments and vendors.
  6. Must be able to resolve discrepancies an comply with changes needed.
  7. Must be able to handle incoming and outgoing customer submittals.
  8. Must be able to compare customer orders with specifications to determine materials needed.
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Two years of prior document control or data management experience.
  3. Ability to work as a team and carry out administrative functions.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
