We are currently seeking a Disc Fabricator for one of our valued clients.
Summary
This position is responsible for manufacturing various rupture disc products as specified by lot card, drawing or work order.
Qualifications/Experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to resolve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Must be able to effectively operate with minimal training air and hydraulic presses, ovens, power and hand shears, nibblers, punches, layout equipment, punch presses, and any other equipment deemed necessary by the company.
Shift:
1st shift 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Thur)
2nd shift: 3pm - 1:30am (9 hour shift - Mon-Thur - 36 hrs paid 40) OT may be required Friday as needed
Pay: Base pay $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. Area premium if qualified $1.50/hr. Shift differential for 2nd shift $2.00/hr
