Are you a self-starter with construction and/or pool repair experience? Do you love working outdoors? Are you detail oriented and mechanically inclined? If so, I may have the perfect position for you. There are immediate openings for Pool Technicians. This position requires usage of advanced diagnostic tools and your investigative skills to identify and document leaks in underground pool plumbing, skimmers, fittings, and pool shells.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some Saturdays during peak season)
Pay: $15 - $20 per hour, DOE
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and pressure-based diagnostics on residential and commercial pools
- Use specialized equipment (pressure testing tools, microphones, cameras, dye, etc.) to identify and locate leaks
- Document findings clearly, including photos and notes, for customer reports and internal records
- Communicate professionally with clients, explaining the issue and recommended solutions
- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure accurate and efficient repair scheduling
- Ensure all work meets Tulsa Pool Boys’ high standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and quality
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass onboarding screening requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in variable conditions, and be physically active all day
- Self-starter with strong time management and documentation habits
Preferred:
- Experience in leak detection or swimming pool repair
- Familiarity with pressure testing and related tools
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and hydraulics
- Experience using Jobber or similar service software
