We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Certified Medical Assistant to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in our busy OB GYN office. The ideal candidate will have experience in rooming patients, taking vitals, administering injections, assisting physicians during office procedures, handling triage phone calls, and maintaining an efficient patient flow.
Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Administering injections and assisting with office procedures
- Assisting physicians and nursing staff as needed
- Handling phone calls and relaying messages to physicians
- Maintaining efficient patient flow and timely documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- OB GYN experience desired
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
