We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Mill Operator to join our weekend shift team at our Claremore location. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling machines with a preference for those familiar with Yama Seiki mills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and technical drawings
Set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials for each job run
Perform routine inspections of parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Ensure all parts meet quality and production standards
Make necessary machine adjustments during operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Record production data and communicate any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team
Requirements:
Prior experience operating CNC mills required; experience with Yama Seiki mills strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming fundamentals a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Shift:
- Friday through Sunday 6:00am to 6:30pm
