HireCall is hiring high-level CNC Machinists to join a busy and highly skilled team at our climate-controlled facility.

This isn’t your average machine shop job — our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.

? Machines You’ll Work On

• 1st Shift: Doosan Puma Lathe with heavy setup needs — live tool lathe with tight tolerances, Y-axis, and Fanuc control. High inspection skills required.

• 2nd Shift: Mazak e1250 with 8-pallet Palletech system — VTL-style machine with dedicated setup. 360-tool magazine, EIA programming. Crane/rigging skills a plus due to large parts.

• 3rd Shift: Doosan 2-Axis Lathe — basic setup skills required, strong measuring skills essential.

?️ What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.

• Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately.

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specifications, and machining instructions.

• Perform complete machine setups, including loading fixtures, selecting programs, and setting work/tool offsets.

• Inspect first articles and production parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.

• Identify and select the correct materials for each job.

• Troubleshoot programming or operational issues in real time.

• Maintain your work center for organization, speed, and quality.

? What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years CNC machining experience, including multi-axis machines.

• Experience running HAAS vertical mills preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret tight tolerances.

• Proven reliability and accountability.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and self-driven attitude.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
