Pay: $20 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Summary
Responsible for the setup, operation, and oversight of CNC machining centers to support production while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
Set up machining centers for production runs
Monitor and maintain quality of parts produced in the machining cell
Optimize feeds, speeds, and equipment utilization
Inspect and deburr parts to meet blueprint specifications using proper measuring tools
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
3+ years of machinist experience required
High school–level algebra/math skills
Measurement and inspection skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic quality control knowledge
Familiarity with safety standards for machinery
Mechanical aptitude
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Ability to identify and react to non-conforming parts quickly
Ability to hold tight tolerances with high accuracy
Familiar with tool sets and wear offsets
Forklift operation experience preferred
