HireCall is currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Mill/Lathe Operators for a reputable manufacturing company in the Catoosa area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts.

Position Overview
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC Mills and Lathes, ensuring all parts meet dimensional and cosmetic quality standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of CNC Operator experience
Experience with Fanuc controls and Haas V5–V7
Experience with Mori Seiki CNC and HWACHEON equipment preferred
Proficient in shop math and blueprint reading
Experience using CMMs or optical comparator preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines
Work with Fanuc controls and Haas V5–V7
Maintain responsibility for all dimensional and cosmetic characteristics of parts produced
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Perform shop math calculations as required
Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
Maintain consistent quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train within the department
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Work overtime as needed
