Bilingual Office Assistant needed in the Claremore area. The selected candidate for this position must be able to run the daily administrative operations of the company, as well as interpret/translate responsibilities and/or duties to crew members and team leads. Must have excellent data entry, organization and communication skills. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, spoken, written).
- Accurately enter information into CRM data systems within specified deadlines.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Able to project confidents while speaking on phone
- Able to multi-task and work diligently under pressure
- Able to support managers and crew staff
- Monitor supply levels and handles shortages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Must be attentive to detail
- Perform reception and other related duties as needed.
- Previous experience in reception, office management, or clerical support
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
