Assembly Technician 1st & 2nd shifts available
Pay: $17.64 per hour (2nd shift includes an 11.5% shift differential)
Schedule:
1st | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd | Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing products to life. Responsibilities include:
Performing mechanical assembly of sheet-metal-based products
Installing rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components
Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
Measuring components accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools
Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure precision and quality standards
Collaborating with production teammates to meet deadlines and production goals
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience with mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
Longevity at previous employers
Hands-on experience with riveting and rivnut installation
Comfort using hand tools and power tools
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
