1st Shift Assembly Technician – Tulsa, OK
HireCall is seeking experienced Assembly Technicians for one of our valued clients in Tulsa.
Our client takes pride in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance sheet metal products that power industries across the country. They’re growing fast and looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their 1st shift team.

What You’ll Do
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to assemble parts with precision.
Perform mechanical assembly using fasteners, rivets, adhesives, and other materials.
Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure top-tier quality and dimensional accuracy.
Safely operate hand and power tools in daily tasks.
Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to maintain efficient project flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 5S and OSHA standards.
Accurately document work in the ERP/job tracking system.
Report and assist in resolving defects or non-conformances promptly.
What You Bring
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Experience using hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
