Assembler / Crimper – Tulsa, OK
$17.00–$18.00/hour | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
HireCall is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler / Crimper for a valued manufacturing client in the Tulsa area.
This is a hands-on production position requiring strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic hand tools. Candidates will have the opportunity to cross-train throughout the department, including tin line, crimping, racking, and soldering.
Pay & Schedule
$17.00–$18.00 per hour
Monday–Thursday
6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Fridays as needed

Responsibilities
Perform production and assembly work with accuracy and attention to detail
Follow standardized work instructions and production procedures
Assemble and crimp materials according to specifications
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
Safely use basic hand tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all facility safety procedures
Crosstrain in multiple areas of the department, including tin line, crimping, racking, and soldering
Learn additional production processes as needed
Qualifications
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/8 inch
Basic knowledge and experience using hand tools
Strong hand-eye coordination
Good attention to detail
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and cross-train
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED required
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Steel-toe boots required
